Headquartered in China’s electronic chemical industry base — Wuhu City, Anhui Province, the company specializes in the research and development and production of high purity chemical materials in the electronics industry. The company has a special gases plant located in Quanjiao County, Chuzhou City, a precursor plant located in Wuhu City, and a research and development center located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province.

The company‘s main products – High purity organometallic compounds is the key raw material of MOCVD epitaxial manufacturing. We have international leading patented technology, advanced production equipment and rich production experience, and the use of international advanced testing equipment for purity analysis, the production of ultra-high purity products are widely used in LED, semiconductor and the third generation semiconductor industry.

The company‘s main products – special gases and precursors is widely used in integrated circuit, flat panel display, semiconductor lighting, photovoltaic cell materials and optical fiber industries, mainly producing electronic grade Silane, Disilane, Trisilane, Dichlorosilane，Trimethylsilane，TSA.

We have a leading special gas R&D, production, sales and operation management team, consistently adhere to management innovation and technological innovation.
